prophecy z14 is an extreme metal band out of
florida. their debut cd named antikythera, is a very
brutal collection of 9 songs showcasing very
technically proficient 7 string guitar playing, hyper
speed drumming, and anger injected vocals, blended
with crushing, mosh pit enducing breakdowns, inset
within mature, well written song structures breaming
with plenty of hooks that will keep your attention.
a lot of bands of this genre tend to ignore the
need for diversity and solid song writing. also the
lyrics are very thought provoking with topics ranging
from politics, war, and conspiracy, to mythology, self
realization, and history.
